Week 1 weigh-in

Week 1 = 6.9 lbs lost. Total 6.9 lbs lost.

Ok, here we go!

Big numbers the first week, which is to be expected with water weight and all after the break, so the real success will be the numbers to come!

Week 0 RESET!

After looking at myself (and my weight) for a bit, I have realized that I have lost and gained the same 3 or 4 lbs over and over, over the past 6 months. The previous 6 months were very successful, as I lost 30 lbs…but since then…not so good.

I think I’ve been looking at that 30 lb loss more than my weekly successes and failures. In order to draw my attention to how I am actually doing…I’m doing a RESET! I’ve basically maintained my weight over the last 6 months, so I should be able to kickstart my weightloss with some focus.

I’m re-reading the materials that originally inspired me, to both re-inspire me, and to try to catch the things that I may be doing wrong and to focus on the things I am doing right.

So, going forward, I will be reporting my weekly weight loss, and accumulative weight loss, starting with this week (starting at 0 lbs as of yesterday), to better keep me accountable.

Week 44 weigh-in

Week 44 = 2.4 lbs lost! Total 28.5 lbs lost.

Turning things around. Keeping up my exercise and making better decisions.

Week 43 = 2.4 lbs gained. Total 26.1 lbs lost.

Week 42 = 0.2 lbs lost. Total 28.5 lbs lost.

Upped my core-strength exercises and started lifting again this week. Continuing to make adjustments to get my weight loss moving again.

Week 41 = 0.2 lbs lost. Total 28.3 lbs lost.

Boy, talk about baby steps! I’m still fighting off my indiscretions over the Holidays and while traveling for work. I may have to make some adjustments this week to get it jump-started again!

Week 39 weigh-in

Week 39 = 6 lbs lost. Total 27.5 lbs lost.

Lost most of the gain from my out of control, out of town on business, work hard and have fun with “no consequences” trip last week. Back in town this week and next, so have to keep on track!

A bit out of control this week while out of town on business. Maybe San Francisco has too many good restaurants and fun bars? Nope, can’t blame it on that city, have to work on my self-control!

Just hate this part of accountability.

Week 37 weigh-in

Week 37 = 0.3 lbs gained. Total 28.1 lbs lost!

Grrr…I have actually been UNDER for the last 3 days, so I am going to blame today’s poor result on the martini I had last night (that kind of week). Head down…good decisions…going to do the best I can this coming week, as I’ll be on the road for work.
