Week 36 weigh-in
Week 36 = 0.3 lbs gained. Total 28.4 lbs lost! I know 0.3 lbs gained is basically staying the same, considering how much the body gains and loses throughout the day, but I still hate to see the word “gained” in this post. Week 35 weigh-in
Week 35 = 2.9 lbs lost! Total 28.7 lbs lost! I’m still burning off the holiday gain (3.2 lbs to go before I’m “ahead” again), but very happy to see it coming off. Keeping up the good food decisions and continuing to increase exercise levels!
Week 34 weigh-in
Week 34 = 7.8 lbs lost! Total 25.8 lbs lost! Glad to see a big portion of the holiday gain come off! I am still up about 6 lbs from before the holidays, so I still have my work cut out for me, but, as always, I’m in it for the long haul, and will keep working!

Week 33 = 13.7 lbs gained. Total 18.0 lbs lost. Ouch! I did not know Christmas and New Year’s Eve weighed that much! But seriously, I made decisions over the Holiday week that I knew I would pay for, so it was not that much of a surprise. Week 32 weigh-in
Week 32 = 0.2 lbs gained. Total 31.7 lbs lost! You may notice that Week 31 is missing. I was on the way back from London, and did not weigh last week. Between that week and the Holiday events going on, I am in damage-control mode, so I’m very happy to see my weight basically staying the same.

Week 30 = 0.9 lbs lost! Total 31.9 lbs lost! Glad to see it still creeping off after last week’s big loss (and the previous week’s vacation gain)! (I must be a very exciteable person…I just noticed that I use A LOT of exclamation marks on these posts!!)!!

Week 29 = 7.9 lbs lost! Total 31.0 lbs lost! Glad to see MOST of the “Vegas weight” removed from the scale this week! Only 0.3 lbs higher than before our vacation, so now, just to keep it moving in the right direction!

Week 28 weigh-in
Week 28 = 8.2 lbs gained. Total 23.1 lbs lost. Wow! I guess not EVERYTHING stays in Vegas! No real words of wisdom; we had a wonderful vacation and regret nothing…but I’m sooo ready to be back on plan, which starts today!!
Our Thanksgiving
Back at home now, we are enjoying our own Thanksgiving. Macy’s Parade playing on the DVR, warm cinnamon bread going into my belly, and a kitchen with strong evidence of the wonderful Thanksgiving dinner to come later today!

Week 25 = 1.0 lbs gained. Total 29.2 lbs lost. A-C-C-O-U-N-T-A-B-I-L-I-T-Y I hate having to post the gains, but doing it slowly like I am, there are bound to be a few. DAMN YOU 30 LB MARK! ;) I am continuing to increase my exercise intensity, and my clothes fit better every day, so I’m not worried…but still…HATE to post the gains!

Week 24 weigh-in
Week 24 = 0.5 lbs lost! Total 30.2 lbs lost! I finally passed the 30 lb mark, now just to keep it moving in the right direction!
Week 23 weigh-in
Week 23 = 0.6 lbs lost! Total 29.7 lbs lost! That 30 lb mark is just staring me in the face! :)
Week 22 weigh-in
Week 22 = 0.1 lbs lost! Total 29.1 lbs lost! We were on a “stay-cation” this week, with family in town, and I had more snacks and drinks than I should, and exercised much less than normal, so very happy to see these results. I will be getting back to normal this week, so hoping to see good numbers next week.

Week 21 = 1.4 lbs lost! Total 29 lbs lost! Very happy to be headed in the right direction, especially since I’ve been traveling for work the last 2 weeks!
Week 20 weigh-in
Week 20 = 0.2 lbs gained. Total 27.6 lbs lost! I do not like to have to report another gain, but that is part of being publicly accountable, so here it is. I don’t like to see a gain, but I am not discouraged, as it is a very small number, and I was traveling this week, and eating and drinking on a very erratic schedule, and did not exercise as much as I normally do when I’m at home....

Week 18 weigh-in
Week 18 = 0.7 lbs lost! Total 27.3 lbs lost! I’m continuing to increase my exercise and core strength exercises, so the scale may not move as quickly as I would like it to, but slow and steady wins the race!

Week 15 weigh-in
Week 15 = 0.2 lbs gained. Total 25.3 lbs lost! I am sad to report a gain, but I am not discouraged. I kept my eating habits the same this week, but increased my exercise level, so I am not too surprised to see my weight basically stay the same. I can report that my clothes are fitting better every day, so I know it’s working! I will keep up my efforts and the results will continue!

Week 14 = 4.6 lbs lost! Total 25.5 lbs lost! I am very happy with my results this week! Yes, for those of you following, part of what I am seeing this week is due to my inaccurate weight (and reported gain) of last week, but I was expecting it, and I will take it!

Week 11 weigh-in
Week 11 = 1.8 lbs lost! Total 21.2 lbs lost! Very happy this week, as I passed 20 lbs lost! (For those of you that might be checking my numbers, I had a miscalculation last week, so I went back and updated that post - I actually lost 2.3 lbs over the 2 week time period reported last week).

Week 6 = 2.8 lbs lost! Total 13.2 lbs lost! Very happy with the results this week, and very happy with how effortless it really is to stay on track.
