Week 28 = 8.2 lbs gained. Total 23.1 lbs lost.
Wow! I guess not EVERYTHING stays in Vegas! No real words of wisdom; we had a wonderful vacation and regret nothing…but I’m sooo ready to be back on plan, which starts today!!
