Week 30 = 0.9 lbs lost! Total 31.9 lbs lost!
Glad to see it still creeping off after last week’s big loss (and the previous week’s vacation gain)! (I must be a very exciteable person…I just noticed that I use A LOT of exclamation marks on these posts!!)!!
